About Me

When I was a child the most common word people used to describe me was shy. I heard it all the time and it actually wasn’t true. Unbeknown to anyone back then, myself included, I was selectively mute. My extreme social anxiety was so bad that there were only a few people who had heard me speak. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to speak, I really did, I just couldn’t. I never would have believed then that one day I would be talking for a living, least of all to large groups of people.

I’m proof that amazing changes can be made with the right guidance.

Since qualifying as a hypnotherapist in 2010 I’ve helped thousands of people to overcome so many varied conditions.

Now I work both as a life coach and a therapist helping people to live a more emotionally balanced life.

So what else is there to know about me?

I overhauled my own life in my mid thirties, walking away from a successful career and completely retrained to be where I am today, and along this leg of the journey I’ve had to adapt and evolve to be able to work at a pace that is most balanced for me.

I know change can be hard, it’s scary to change the way you’ve been and the things you’ve always done, but great things exist on the other side of that fear.

I was never really shy, I’m a confident introvert, far happier walking my dog through the woods than I’ll ever be partying the night away.

I’m a wife, mum to 2 adult daughters and if I’m not working, I’m walking (the dog 🙂 )

My happy place is my own garden, in the sunshine with a good book that I don’t have to think too hard about.

I’m passionate about helping other women to change their lives for the better.
