When I was a child the most common word people used to describe me was shy. I heard it all of the time and it wasn’t actually true. Unbeknown to anyone back then, myself included, I was selectively mute. My extreme social anxiety was so bad that there were only a few people who had heard me speak. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to speak, I really did, I just couldn’t. I never would have believed then that one day I would be talking for a living, least of all to large groups of people.
I’m proof that amazing changes can be made with the right guidance.
Since qualifying as a hypnotherapist in 2010 I’ve helped thousands of people to overcome so many varied conditions.
Now I work both as a mentor and a therapist helping people to live a more emotionally balanced life.
I know change can be hard.
It’s scary to change the way you’ve always been, and the way other people have always known you, but great things exist on the other side of that fear.
I’m here to support you through the twists and turns as you navigate the changes you’d like to make.
